Jemma says thank you and au revoir

Hi Marion,

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and the whole of Chelmsford Ballet Company for everything over the past few years. I feel like I have made huge improvements in my pointework, and it has been amazing to work with such a talented group. I also feel incredibly privileged to be taught by Annette and Andy, as well as all the other company class teachers and Carl Parris.

I also wanted to say how much I loved representing the company at the Civic Anniversary celebrations the other week. Thank you for your letter as well. I was flattered to be asked to stand in as Jemima and loved every second!

Even though I am now at Laine, I really want to keep up my membership and will come to as many classes as I can! And of course I will book my Coppelia tickets at the first opportunity! Please pass on my thanks to everyone in the company and committee, as I have loved doing the shows and feel I owe the company a great deal.

    Hi Everybody,

Some of you might remember me. My name is Nick Tranfield and I was a guest dancer with the Chelmsford Ballet Company in 2008/2009; I performed in the Triple Bill (Star Cross’d) and Snow White in Let’s Make a Ballet. I graduated from Performers College in June this year (2012) and I am now on my first professional job as a dancer on Princess Cruise Liners.

I really miss the environment and people that I met at the Ballet Company. I still talk to some of them to this day. My contract ends next October so hopefully after that I can come back for a bit to help out as I loved performing with everybody.

    Hope you are all well

    Nick Tranfield
