Annual General Meeting

This is your opportunity to have a say about YOUR company.

All members are invited to attend the AGM , which is held no later than 31st October in any year.

Invitations will be issued to all members not less than 28 days before the AGM

The Agenda will be issued at the same time.

Nominations for election to the committee should be sent in writing to the Hon. Secretary (address on the invitation) a minimum of 14 days before the AGM as well as notice of any proposal to be moved at the meeting. Please remember that if you wish to nominate a person for election to the committee you should first seek their permission.
