The Annual General Meeting of The Chelmsford Ballet Company will be held at CYGAMS HQ, Meteor Way, Chelmsford, CM1 2LR on Sunday 2nd October 2022 commencing at 13:30.

 

Notice of any motions with the names of proposers and nomination forms for officers and committee members should be submitted in writing to the Hon. Secretary no later than Sunday 18th September 2022.

 

Please note that you should obtain a person’s consent to serve as an officer or committee member prior to nominating them. The names of existing officers and committee members are displayed on this website under Committee.

 

Please also note that only members whose subscriptions are paid up to date can vote at the AGM. Membership renewal is due by 1st August each year.

Membership forms are available on the company website with the GDPR form.

 

We hope that you will be able to attend the meeting as this is a good opportunity for you to offer your views and suggestions to the committee and other fellow members.

 

The AGM will start at 13:30. We look forward to seeing many of you on the 2nd October.
